摘要
在数字经济成为重组要素资源、重塑经济结构、提升国家核心竞争力的关键力量的时代背景之下,激发城市数字经济活力、加快城市数字化转型成为当前中国城市发展的关键所在。本文实证检验了“宽带中国”战略对城市数字经济发展的带动效应,得出结论如下:第一“,宽带中国”战略的实施显著推动了城市数字经济的发展,且随着时间推移促进效果逐渐增强。第二,从中介机制来看“,宽带中国”战略主要通过激发城市创新活力、带动城市数字企业发展和提高城市创业活跃度来促进城市数字经济发展。第三“,宽带中国”战略对城市数字经济促进效果存在明显的异质性特征,试点政策对行政等级较高的城市、东部地区城市、城市群内部城市和科教资源更为丰富的城市促进效果更强。
In the context of the era when digital economy becomes a key force to restructure factor resources,reshape economic structure and enhance national core competitiveness, stimulating the vitality of urban digital economy and accelerating digital transformation of cities become the key to the current urban development in China. This article empirically examines the driving effect of broadband China strategy on the development of urban digital economy, and draws the following conclusions. First, the implementation of broadband China strategy significantly promotes the development of urban digital economy, and the promotion effect gradually increases over time. Second, in terms of the mediating mechanism, the broadband China strategy mainly promotes the development of urban digital economy by stimulating urban innovation, driving urban digital enterprise development and increasing urban entrepreneurial activity. Third, there are obvious heterogeneous characteristics of the promotion effect of broadband China strategy on urban digital economy, and the pilot policy has a stronger promotion effect on cities with higher administrative rank, cities in the eastern region, cities within urban clusters and cities with richer scientific and educational resources.
