摘要
目的 分析在真菌性阴道炎患者中心理护理和健康护理的效果。方法 随机选取2020年1月-6月收治的49例真菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和试验组,其中对照组24例,试验组25例。对照组进行常规护理的方式,试验组进行心理护理联合健康护理的方式,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果 对比两组患者的护理效果发现,试验组的护理满意度、健康知识掌握程度以及复发情况分别为96%、92%以及0%;对照组的护理满意度、健康知识掌握程度以及复发情况分别为70.8%、62.5%以及20.8%。从上可知,试验组的护理效果高于对照组,差异明显(P <0.05);护理前两者的抑郁、焦虑评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后试验组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况得到了明显的好转。结论 在对真菌性阴道炎患者护理的过程中,采用心理护理和健康护理的方式,能够使得病症更快地治疗康复,降低疾病的复发风险,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing and health nursing in patients with fungal vaginitis. Methods 49 patients with fungal vaginitis treated from January to June 2020 were randomly selected as the research object. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group, including 24 cases in control group and 25 cases in experimental group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received psychological nursing combined with health nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results By comparing the nursing effects of the two groups, it was found that the nursing satisfaction, health knowledge mastery and recurrence of the experimental group were 96%, 92% and 0%,respectively;The nursing satisfaction, health knowledge mastery and recurrence of the control group were 70.8%, 62.5% and 20.8% respectively. It can be seen from the above that the nursing effect of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups before nursing(P >0.05). After nursing, the anxiety and depression of the experimental group were significantly improved. Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with fungal vaginitis, the use of psychological nursing and health nursing can make the treatment and rehabilitation of the disease faster, reduce the risk of disease recurrence, and improve the quality of life of patients. It has high clinical application value.
