摘要
单元式玻璃幕墙已成为超高层建筑幕墙的主流形式,单元式幕墙具有气密性和水密性好、平面变形能力强、抗震性能好、加工精度高、质量可靠等优点,但必须按楼层逐层插接安装。超高层建筑单元式幕墙多段同步施工技术通过将分段施工收口楼层单元板块的插接式节点设计为平推式节点,解决了单元式幕墙必须按楼层逐层插接安装的工序问题,实现单元式幕墙的分段同步施工。分析了超高层建筑单元式幕墙多段同步安装技术的关键节点设计、工艺流程和安装要点,并结合工程案例,对超高层建筑单元式幕墙多段同步施工技术的工程应用进行了探讨。
Unitized curtain wall is prevailing in super tall buildings,it has better performance in air tightness,water tightness,large panel deformation capability,seismic performance,high processing accuracy and reliable quality,while has to be installed through plug connection floor by floor.The multilevel synchronous installation method for unitized curtain wall of super tall building solves the problem that the unitized panels have to be installed floor by floor,through the method of changing the stack joint to horizontal sliding joint of the unitized panel of the closing floor.This paper analyzes the joint design,installation sequence and key points of the multi-level synchronous installation technology of unitized curtain wall for super tall buildings,and the engineering application of the multi-level synchronous installation technology of the unitized curtain wall in super tall buildings is elaborated with successful projects.
