摘要 基于建立的超高层建筑施工事故风险评估方法,结合BIM技术开发了超高层建筑施工事故风险评估系统,涉及项目类比、风险分析、风险评估、BIM展示及数据分析等功能,集成了行业数十位资深专家的经验,实现了对超高层建筑施工十大类风险源的定量化风险评估。同时,结合BIM技术,可系统地识别和检索风险源构件及各施工阶段的风险源表现情况,实现了在空间和时间维度上定位风险源。通过实际案例应用,验证了系统的有效性和可行性,能为超高层建筑施工安全风险管理决策提供有力支持。 Based on the established risk assessment method for super high⁃rise building construction accidents,this paper develops the risk assessment system for super high⁃rise building construction accidents combined with BIM technology.The risk assessment system involves the function such as project analogy,risk analysis,risk assessment,BIM model display and data analysis,integrates with the experience of dozens of senior industry experts,and realizes the quantitative risk assessment of ten categories risk sources for super high⁃rise building construction.Meanwhile,the risk source components and risk performance can be systematically identified and retrieved in each construction stage based on BIM technology,which can realize the positioning of risk sources in the spatial and temporal dimensions.Through the application of practical cases,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are verified,which can provide strong support for the decision making of safety risk management of super high⁃rise buildings.
