肺泡灌洗液二代基因测序在鹦鹉热衣原体感染肺炎诊断中的应用

Application of Second Generation Gene Sequencing in Alveolar Lavage Fluid in the Diagnosis of Pneumonia Caused by Chlamydia Psittaci Infection

摘要 目的探究肺泡灌洗液二代基因测序(NGS)技术在鹦鹉热衣原体感染肺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2019年3月-2021年4月东莞市人民医院收治的13例鹦鹉热衣原体感染肺炎患者,收集其肺泡灌洗液进行传统病原检测和二代基因测序技术病原检测,同时采集患者的痰样本进行二代基因测序技术检测,分析不同检测方法对鹦鹉热衣原体感染肺炎的诊断效能。结果肺泡灌洗液NGS对鹦鹉热衣原体的阳性检出率显著高于传统病原检测和痰样本NGS(P<0.05)。肺泡灌洗液NGS、痰样本NGS的检测结果回报耗时显著短于传统病原测定(P<0.05)。结论肺泡灌洗液NGS技术能够显著提高鹦鹉热衣原体感染肺炎的诊断准确率,且检测结果回报快,可为临床制定合理的抗感染治疗方案提供精准的依据,进而有效改善患者的临床结局,减少其治疗费用。 Objective To explore the value of alveolar lavage fluid second-generation gene sequencing(NGS)in the diagnosis of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia.Methods 13 patients with Chlamydia psittaci infection pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2021 were selected.Their alveolar lavage fluid was collected for traditional pathogen detection and second-generation gene sequencing technology pathogen detection.At the same time,sputum samples were collected for second-generation gene sequencing technology detection.The diagnostic efficacy of different detection methods for Chlamydia psittaci infected pneumonia was compared.Results The positive detection rate of Chlamydia psittaci in alveolar lavage fluid NGS was significantly higher than that in traditional pathogen detection and sputum NGS(P<0.05).The test results of alveolar lavage fluid NGS and sputum NGS were significantly shorter than the traditional pathogen(P<0.05).Conclusion Alveolar lavage fluid ngs technology can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of Chlamydia psittaci infected pneumonia,and the test results return quickly.It can provide accurate basis for clinical formulation of reasonable anti infection treatment plan,so as to effectively improve the clinical outcome of patients and reduce their treatment cos ts.
