摘要
为提升建筑业信息化水平,加强施工现场管理,采用文本分析法,以近年来我国部分省市、协会发布的智慧工地相关标准为研究对象,充分利用标准文件的科学性和指导性,分析智慧工地内涵及体系架构。研究发现,智慧工地内涵主要包括技术、管理和目标构成要素,需重点关注建设信息基础设施、功能板块以及数据接口标准。最后,提出具有普适性的智慧工地系统架构,并对智慧工地应用评价提出建议。
In order to strengthen the management of construction sites and improve the informatization level of the construction industry,this paper makes use of the scientificalness and guidance of the standard documents and uses content analysis to analyze current standards of smart construction sites in China.The connotation and system structure of smart construction sites are analyzed,based on which,the study finds that the connotation of smart construction site mainly includes technology,management,and objectives,and its development should focus on information infrastructure,function modules,and data interfaces.Finally,the study puts forward a universal system architecture of smart construction sites and suggests the corresponding evaluation strategies.
