施工单位视角的EPC项目设计全过程协同管理研究 被引量:5

Research on Collaborative Management in Whole Process of EPC Project Design from Perspective of Construction Organization

摘要 以施工单位作为项目牵头方的角度追溯EPC项目设计全过程,梳理项目管理团队在设计过程中存在的话语权及管理权限受限、成本控制难、工法和建造可行性不同、工期风险大、项目合同风险多等问题,明确施工单位介入甚至把控设计管理的必要性,进而引入工作分解结构(WBS)方法,为施工单位搭建设计管理的工作树,阐述此工作树的搭建结构、逻辑以及细分原则,并解释施工单位有效使用此工作树的方法。 This paper traces the whole process of EPC project design,and analyzes the difficulties in design and management from the perspective of construction organization which act as leading parties.It finds problems such as limited voice and management rights,difficult cost control,different construction methods and construction feasibility,prolonged construction period,and risks in project contracts.It clarifies the necessity of construction organization to intervene in and even control the design and management.Then,the work breakdown structure(WBS)method is introduced to build the work tree of design and management for construction organization.Moreover,the structure,logic and subdivision of this work tree are expounded,and the method of effective use of this work tree by construction organization is explained.
