超声心动图联合外周血管超声对早期鉴别诊断高血压性心脏病的效果研究 被引量:7

Echocardiography Combined with Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound in the Early Differential Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease

摘要 目的研究超声心动图联合外周血管超声诊断高血压性心脏病的效果。方法收集开平市中医院2018年1月-2020年12月收治的70例高血压性心脏病患者的临床资料,患者接受超声心动图及外周血管超声检查;单独接受超声心动图为对照组,超声心动图联合外周血管超声为观察组;观察比较两组诊断结果、左室肥厚、左房肥厚情况、心律失常等指标。结果超声心动图联合外周血管超声高血压性心脏病的检出率为94.29%,超声心动图高血压性心脏病检出率为77.14%,两组检出结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声心动图联合外周血管超声左室肥厚、左房肥厚、心律失常检出率分别为91.43%、77.14%、37.14%;超声心动图左室肥厚、左房肥厚、心律失常检出率分别为72.86%、61.43%、20.00%;观察组检出率均高于对照组且检出结果显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图联合外周血管超声能有效诊断高血压性心脏病,为临床早期鉴别诊断高血压性心脏病提供了更加可靠的参考依据。 Objective To study the effect of echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound in diagnosing hypertensive heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to Kaiping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were collected.The patients received echocardiography and peripheral vascular ultrasound;they received echocardiography alone as the control group,echocardiography figure combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound is the observation group;to observe and compare the diagnosis results,left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial hypertrophy and arrhythmia changes in the two groups.Results The detection rate of echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound for hypertensive heart disease was 94.286%,and the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease by echocardiography was 77.143%.The difference in the detection results between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial hypertrophy and arrhythmia by echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound were 91.429%,77.143%and 37.143%,respectively.The detection rates of left ventricular hypertrophy,left atrial hypertrophy and arrhythmia were 72.857%,61.429%and 20.000%respectively.The rates were higher than those of the control group and the difference in detection results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography combined with peripheral vascular ultrasound can effectively diagnose hypertensive heart disease,and provide more reliable reference data for the early clinical differential diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.
