摘要
目的研究犀角地黄汤与微生态制剂协同治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将2020年1月-2021年12月在甘肃省定西市人民医院接受治疗的儿童过敏性紫癜患者120例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗;观察组患者给予犀角地黄汤联合微生态制剂治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗后的情况。结果观察组患者的TNF-α、IL-8、ICAM各项指标更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的紫癜消失时间、关节肿痛消失时间、肠胃症状改善时间以及肾脏损害改善时间等指标数值更低,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的过敏反应、肠胃不适以及肾功能损害等不良反应发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论犀角地黄汤与微生态制剂协同治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效显著,有效缓解紫癜症状,改善血清指标水平,降低不良反应的发生概率,是一种非常安全的治疗方式,具有临床价值,值得推荐。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction and probiotics in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura in children.Methods One hundred and twenty children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated in the undergraduate department from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.There were 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined with probiotics.The situation of the two groups after treatment was observed and compared.Results TNF-α,IL-8,ICAM in the observation group were better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of purpura,the disappearance time of joint swelling and pain,the improvement time of gastrointestinal symptoms and the improvement time of renal damage in the observation group were lower.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as allergic reaction,gastrointestinal discomfort and renal function damage in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with probiotics has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura in children.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of Henoch Schonlein purpura,improve the level of serum indicators,and significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is a very safe and effective treatment method,which is of great clinical value and worthy of recommendation.
