摘要
目的观察鲜金钗石斛凝胶口服液治疗胃阴不足型慢性糜烂性胃炎(CEG)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月广州中医药大学附属清远市中医院胃阴不足型CEG患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组45例和对照组45例。观察组给予鲜金钗石斛凝胶口服液联合奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁治疗。2组均连续服药1个月。评估2组中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效、病理疗效及不良反应。结果观察组中医证候疗效有效率93.33%(42/45)、胃镜有效率95.56%(43/45)分别高于对照组71.11%(32/45)、71.11%(32/45)(P<0.05);观察组病理有效率77.78%(35/45)高于对照组68.89%(31/45),但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组均无明显不良反应。结论鲜金钗石斛凝胶口服液联合奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁治疗胃阴不足型CEG能明显提高患者中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效,病理疗效良好,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Xianjinchai Shihu Gel Oral Liquid in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)with gastro-yin deficiency.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020 in Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,90 CEG patients(gastro-yin deficiency)were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The observation group was additionally given Xianjinchai Shihu Gel Oral Liquid on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The treatment continued for 1 month,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and curative effect,gastroscopy curative effect,pathological curative effect,and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The effective rate of TCM syndrome curative effect and the effective rate of gastroscopy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(93.33%[42/45]vs 71.11%[32/45],95.56%[43/45]vs 71.11%[32/45],[P<0.05],respectively);the pathological effective rate(77.78%[35/45])in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(68.89%[31/45]),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.TCM syndrom scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the reduction in the observation group was more prevalent(P<0.05).Conclusion Xianjinchai Shihu Gel Oral Liquid combined with omeprazole and aluminum magnesium carbonate in the treatment of CEG can significantly improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome and gastroscopy,with good pathological effect and no obvious adverse reactions.
