摘要 导轨式胶轮车辆是一种新型轨道车辆,采用车载储能供电,其在高压主电路、牵引系统及储能系统的配置和设计上区别于现有轨道交通车辆。本文针对导轨式胶轮车辆的使用场景、车辆特点、供电形式和性能要求,通过合理的主电路设计满足车辆供电形式及电气安全的要求,确定了牵引系统配置及技术指标。基于不同储能元件的技术特点、车辆牵引及辅助系统在典型线路上的功率及能耗特性,确定整车储能系统使用4组钛酸锂电池箱并联的方式。同时根据储能系统的充放电特性设计了2种充电方式,并对不同运营线路需求的充电站的设置给出了具体建议。 Rail-guided Rubber-tyre Rapid Transit(RRT)is a new type of rail vehicle,which uses energy storage system.It is different from the existing rail vehicle in design of main circuit,propulsion and energy storage system.According to the operation scenario,characteristics,power supply mode and performance of vehicle,the main circuit is well designed to meet the requirement of power supply mode and electrical safety,and the configuration and technical index of propulsion system is determined.Based on the characteristics of different energy storage element,the power and energy consumption characteristics of propulsion and auxiliary system on typical line,the energy storage system using four box of lithium titanate battery in parallel is adopted.At the same time,two charging solution are studied and designed according to the charge and discharge characteristic of the storage system.The suggestion is given for the setting of charging stations with different operation line requirement.
