摘要
为促进国内葡萄酒产业专利技术发展,该文选取国家知识产权局专利检索与分析系统作为数据采集平台,运用Excel 2019统计专利数据,采用文献计量法分析国内葡萄酒产业专利计量特征和所处生命周期。结果表明,国内葡萄酒产业专利授权量逐年呈波动上升,专利类型分布失衡,专利集中分布于沿海发达地区及内陆葡萄酒主要生产区,专利研发涉及的技术领域相对集中,专利生命周期处于技术成熟期并开始向技术淘汰期过渡,新技术特征呈现弱化趋势。该文建议培养国内葡萄酒生产企业的创新能力与合作意识、加强对葡萄酒产业专利侵权行为的治理、深化葡萄酒生产区内不同科研主体的技术协作、总体规划专利技术研发等,推动国内葡萄酒产业专利技术的可持续发展。
In order to promote the development of patent technology in wine industry in China,Patent Search and Analysis System of National Intellectual Property Administration was selected as the data retrieval platform,the patent data of domestic wine industry was counted by Excel 2019,and the measurement characteristics and life cycle of domestic wine industry patent were analyzed by bibliometric method.The results showed that the number of patents granted to the wine industry fluctuated up year by year.The distribution of patent types was unbalanced,and patents were concentrated in developed coastal regions and major wine producing regions that located inland.Research and development of patent technology was relatively concentrated,the patent life cycle was in the technology maturity stage and began to transition to the technology obsolescence stage,and new technical characteristics showed a weakening trend.The study suggested cultivating the innovation ability and cooperation consciousness of domestic wine production enterprises,strengthening the governance of patent infringement in the wine industry,deepening the technical collaboration of different scientific research entities in the wine production area,and overall planning of patent technology research and development to promote the sustainable development of patent technology in the wine industry in China.
