风电叶片轻木芯材加工工艺试验研究 被引量:3

Study on Processing Technology of Balsa Core Material for Wind Turbine Blades

摘要 风力发电叶片选择BALSA芯材作为结构的关键原材料,原因在于BALSA芯材既能提高叶片的刚度又可以减轻叶片的重量,从而降低叶片成本。对不同厚度和加工方式的BALSA芯材的吸收树脂量进行了对比研究,结果表明:BALSA芯材的加工方式对芯材吸收树脂量影响较大;单位面积芯材的吸胶量随着厚度的增加而增多,芯材吸胶后的密度随着板材厚度的增大而降低。该研究数据为设计叶片时芯材的选取提供了一定的数据支撑,同时对风电叶片轻量化结构设计也具有重要意义。 Balsa core material is selected as the key raw material for the structure of wind turbine blades,because balsa core material can not only improve the stiffness of blades but also reduce the weight of blades,thus reducing the cost of blades.The resin uptake of balsa core material with different thicknesses and processing method was compared,the results show that the processing method of balsa core material has great influence on the resin uptake of the core material.The resin uptake of the core material per unit area increases with the increase of thickness,the density of core material after resin uptake decreases with the increase of plate thickness.The research data provides some data support for the selection of core materials in the design of blades,and is also of great significance for the lightweight structure design of wind turbine blades.
