摘要
不确定度理论体系是以传统误差理论为基础、结合数理统计知识所建立的,是现代误差理论的核心,在质量工作中具有极其重要的地位。当前,大多数实验室出具的结果报告都被要求对不确定度进行说明。数理统计知识在不确定度评定中应用广泛,非经典统计学在其中的应用也越来越广。本文对不确定度评定中常用的数理统计方法进行梳理,并对今后的研究进行展望,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。
The theoretical system of uncertainty is based on the traditional error theory and combined with the knowledge of mathematical statistics.It is the core of modern error theory and plays an extremely important role in quality work.At present,the result reports issued by most laboratories are required to explain the uncertainty.Mathematical statistics is widely used in uncertainty evaluation,and non classical statistics is more and more widely used.This paper combs the mathematical statistical methods commonly used in uncertainty evaluation,and prospects the future research,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
