摘要 随着能源危机日趋严峻、排放法规日趋严格,汽车工业中电控高压共轨系统的应用日益广泛,为柴油机和车辆的性能优化提供了发展空间。但同时该技术涉及机电一体化控制系统的复杂理论,知识范围涵盖控制系统、流体力学、电子学、燃烧理论等诸多层面,使得对汽车故障模拟及监控技术提出了更高的要求。本文针对故障模拟及监控复杂问题提出了基于软件界面的故障模拟系统,通过与硬件分离,一键故障测试的方式,使得对ECU控制软件不熟悉的人员能够进行快速测试,以提高测试效率。 As the energy crisis becomes more and more severe and the emission regulations become more and more strict, the application of electronic high pressure common rail system in automobile industry becomes more and more extensive, which provides the development space for the performance optimization of diesel engine and vehicle. But at the same time, the technology involves the complex theory of mechatronic control system, knowledge range covers control system, fluid mechanics, electronics, combustion theory and many other levels, making the vehicle fault simulation and monitoring technology put forward higher requirements. In this paper, a fault simulation system based on software interface is proposed to solve the complex problem of fault simulation and monitoring. By means of separating from hardware and one-button fault test, the personnel who are not familiar with ECU control software can carry out quick test and improve test efficiency.
