摘要
为了加强生产计划的管理,促进煤化工企业的发展,文章对煤化工企业生产计划管理进行分析研究。文章首先阐述了生产计划管理对煤化工企业发展的意义,之后对生产计划管理的原则性进行分析,最后对加强煤化工企业生产计划管理的措施途径进行概括总结。
In order to strengthen the management of production plan,promote the development of coal chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies the production plan management of coal chemical enterprises.The paper f irst expounds the purpose and signif icance of production plan management to the development of coal chemical enterprises.Later,the principle of production plan management is analyzed and studied.Finally,the measures and ways to strengthen the production plan management of coal chemical enterprises are summarized.
