水解酸化+A/A/O+机械絮凝+纤维转盘工艺处理医药园区废水 被引量:6

Treatment of Pharmaceutical Wastewater Using Combined Hydrolysis Acidification,A/A/O, Mechanical Flocculation, and Fiber rotary filter Process

摘要 针对湖南某医药园区排放的废水成分复杂、高COD、色度深和毒性大等特点,设计采用水解酸化+A/A/O+机械絮凝+纤维转盘联合处理工艺,处理水量为5000 m^(3)/d。实践表明,所采用的工艺技术运行处理效果稳定,COD的去除率为90.96%、出水水质45 mg/L,BOD_(5)的去除率为97.29%、出水水质8 mg/L,SS的去除率为98.73%、出水水质5 mg/L,NH_(3)-N的去除率为88.2%、出水水质4 mg/L,满足国家标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A类水质排放标准。 The wastewater discharged from a pharmaceutical park in Hunan Province is characterized by complex composition,high concentration of COD,high chroma and toxicity,etc.The combined treatment process of hydrolytic acidification,A/A/O,mechanical flocculation,and fiber wheel filter was adopted to treat pharmaceutical wastewater.The treated water volume was 5000 m^(3)/d.The results showed that the treatment efficiency of the technology was stable and reliable,with 90.96%of removal rate and 45 mg/L of the corresponding effluent quality for COD,97.29%of removal rate and 8 mg/L of the corresponding effluent quality for BOD_(5),98.73%of removal rate and 5 mg/L of the corresponding effluent quality for SS,and the 88.2%of removal rate and 4 mg/L of the corresponding effluent quality for NH_(3)-N.The effluent meets the national standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002)Class A water quality requirements.
