摘要
外墙保温系统用网格布耐碱性能是一个非常重要且关键的性能指标。依据标准,网格布进行耐碱性能检测时所用的试剂为氢氧化钠溶液试剂。配置溶液试剂的氢氧化钠化学品为危化管控品,并且氢氧化钠试剂在使用过程中存在安全隐患。通过复配碱性盐试剂来代替标准规定的氢氧化钠溶液试剂。依据标准的检测方法,对比复合碱性盐试剂和氢氧化钠试剂对网格布的耐碱性能检测结果,选取不同密度的耐碱玻纤网格布样品,根据标准要求,对比其对网格布的耐碱性能检测结果。研究结果表明,复配碱性盐试剂同样可以检测网格布的耐碱性能。对多种不同种类的复配碱性盐试剂也进行了研究,以期找到最适合的复合碱性盐试剂配比,达到可代替性及使用的安全性和经济性的效果。
The alkali resistance of mesh fabric for exterior wall insulation system is a very important and key performance index.According to the standard,the reagent used for alkali resistance testing is sodium hydroxide solution reagent.The sodium hydroxide chemical used for the solution reagent is a hazardous chemical,and there are safety issues in the process of using sodium hydroxide reagent.It is studied that replacing the standard sodium hydroxide solution reagent by compounding the alkaline salt reagent.It is compared the alkali resistance test results of compound alkaline salt reagent and sodium hydroxide reagent on the mesh fabric according to the standard test method,and samples of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh fabric are selected with different densities to compare their alkali resistance test results on the mesh fabric according to the standard requirements.The results of the study showed that the alkali resistance of the mesh fabric could also be tested by compounding alkaline salt reagent.A variety of different kinds of compound alkaline salt reagents were studied to find the most suitable ratio of compound alkaline salt reagents to achieve substitutability,safety and economy of use.
