基于Fluent与Abaqus的中冷管道气流冲击计算

摘要 基于Fluent与Abaqus软件,对某型号发动机中冷管道由于气流冲击和压力造成的管道应力和变形进行了计算分析。提取了中冷管道的内流道,并基于Fluent软件对中冷管道内流场进行了瞬态模拟;将得到的中冷管道内最大的流道压力场映射到Abaqus的固体网格模型,计算了气压和气流冲击作用下中冷管道的应力和变形量;对计算结果进行分析,并对结构进行了改进和评估。结果表明:通过加粗U形螺栓,对螺栓根部应力过高情况的改善效果不明显;通过增加管壁厚度,改善效果显著。 The stress and deformation of intercooler tube in a certain engine caused by airflow impact and pressure were calculated and analyzed based on Fluent and Abaqus.The flow channel of intercooler tube was extracted,the transient flow field of the flow channel of intercooler tube was simulated based on Fluent software.The maximum pressure of the flow channel of intercooler tube wall was mapped to the Abaqus solid mesh,the stresses and deformation of the intercooler tube under the impact of air pressure and air flow were calculated.The calculation results were analyzed and the structure was improved and evaluated.The results show that by thickening the U-shaped bolt,the improvement effect on the excessive stress at the root of the bolt is not obvious.By increasing the thickness of pipe wall,the improvement effect is remarkable.
