摘要
“双减”政策实施后,教育出现诸多异象:家长的纠结与左右为难、学生的解放与无所适从、教师的抵触与方向迷失、学校的转型与资源缺失、校外培训的退潮与隐形变异。这些异象可能导致教育面临质量下降、不公加剧、“双减”成效不明以及不稳定因素增加等风险。做好风险防范,应强化资源配置,持续扩大教育公共服务供给;强化市场监管,堵住校外学科培训隐形变异的漏洞;强化政策执行,切实增强教育执法机构的能力;强化技术指导,有序化解校外培训机构转型难题。
After the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,there are many anomalies in education:parents’puzzle and dilemma,students’liberation and confusion,teachers’reluctance and loss of direction,school transformation and lack of resources,and the ebb tide phenomenon and invisible variation of off-campus training.These anomalies may lead to the decline in the quality of education,the aggravation of educational injustice,the unclear result of“double reduction”and the increase of other unstable factors.To prevent risks,we should strengthen the allocation of resources and continue to expand the supply of public educational services,strengthen market supervision and plug the loopholes of invisible variation of off-campus training,strengthen policy implementation and effectively enhance the ability level of education law enforcement,strengthen technical guidance and solve the transformation problems of off-campus training institutions in an orderly manner.
