摘要
为探究山西省旱作农作物重金属对人体健康的影响,对山西省寿阳县14个乡镇的玉米籽粒进行采样调查,采用靶标危害系数法对研究区玉米籽粒重金属(As、Cr、Ni、Cd、Cu、Zn、Pb、Hg)对儿童和成人的摄食健康风险进行评价。结果表明:研究区玉米籽粒中各重金属平均含量均未超出《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》等评价标准限值。玉米籽粒中8种重金属对儿童和成人的单一靶标危害指数(HQ)均小于1,且儿童和成人的重金属复合靶标指数(HI)亦均小于1,说明当地玉米质量良好,居民可放心食用,但摄食当地玉米带来的健康风险中儿童高于成人,北部乡镇高于中、南部乡镇。在调查的8种重金属元素中,成人和儿童都是以Cr的靶标危害指数最大且在复合靶标危害指数中贡献最大,其次是Zn和Cu。
In order to explore the impact of heavy metals in dryland crops on human health in Shanxi province,corn kernels were sampled from 14 towns in Shouyang county,Shanxi province.The target hazard index was applied to evaluate the health risk of heavy metals(Cd,Cr,Ni,As,Pb,Hg,Zn and Cu)in corn kernels to children and adults.The results showed that the average contents of the eight heavy metals in corn kernels in whole county did not exceed the national food safety standard limit of pollutants in food.The single heavy metal hazard quotients(HQ)of the eight heavy metals for children and adults were less than 1,and the heavy metal composite hazard index(HI)of children and adults were less than 1,which showed that the quality of local corn kernels was good and residents could eat it at ease,but the health risk caused by eating local corn kernels was higher for children than adults,and higher in northern towns than in central and Southern towns.Among the 8 heavy metals,Cr had the largest target hazard index and the largest contribution to the composite target hazard index for adults and children,followed by Zn and Cu.
