摘要
目的了解产科护士心理资本、时间压力和职业紧张状况及其相关性,分析心理资本在时间压力和职业紧张间的中介作用。方法2021年2—4月采用方便抽样法抽取西安市4家三级甲等医院204名产科护士作为调查对象,采用心理资本量表、时间压力量表和职业紧张量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果产科护士心理资本总分为(94.58±15.46)分,时间压力总分为(30.17±7.86)分,职业紧张总分为(394.56±86.28)分;不同年龄、专业技术职称、产科工作时间及近1个月夜班频次的产科护士心理资本得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、专业技术职称、产科工作时间、婚姻状况及近1个月夜班频次的产科护士时间压力得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、专业技术职称、产科工作时间、个人月收入及近1个月夜班频次的产科护士职业紧张得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。产科护士职业紧张与心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.611,P<0.01),职业紧张与时间压力呈正相关(r=0.573,P<0.01),时间压力与心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.584,P<0.01);心理资本在产科护士时间压力和职业紧张之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.254,占总效应的34.32%。结论西安市4家三级甲等医院204名产科护士存在不同程度的时间压力和职业紧张,时间压力和心理资本与职业紧张密切相关,提高心理资本有利缓解时间压力对职业紧张的影响。
Objective To investigate the psychological capital,time pressure and occupational stress of obstetric nurses,and to explore the mediating role of psychological capital between time pressure and occupational stress.Methods From February to April in 2021,204 obstetric nurses from four class III class A hospitals in Xi’an were selected by convenient sampling method.Psychological capital scale,time stress scale and occupational stress scale were used for investigation,and the data were analyzed.Results The scores of psychological capital,time stress and occupational stress of obstetric nurses were(94.58±15.46),(30.17±7.86)and(394.56±86.28)points respectively.There were significant differences in psychological capital scores of obstetric nurses of different ages,professional and technical titles,obstetric working hours and night shift frequency in recent one month(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in time pressure scores of obstetric nurses of different ages,professional and technical titles,obstetric working hours,marital status and night shift frequency in recent one month(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in occupational stress scores of obstetric nurses of different ages,professional and technical titles,obstetric working hours,personal monthly income and night shift frequency in recent one month(all P<0.05).The score of psychological capital was negatively correlated with the score of occupational stress(r=-0.611,P<0.01),the score of time pressure was positively correlated with the score of occupational stress(r=0.573,P<0.01),and the score of psychological capital was negatively correlated with the score of time pressure(r=-0.584,P<0.01).Psychological capital played a partial mediating role between time pressure and occupational stress of obstetric nurses,and the mediating effect was 0.254,accounting for 34.32%of the total effect.Conclusions Obstetric nurses have different degrees of time pressure and occupational stress,time pressure and psychological capital are closely related to occupational stress,improving psychological capital is beneficial to alleviate the impact of time pressure on occupational stress.
