摘要
时代不断发展的今天,世界各地的化工企业也越来越多,伴随着化工企业的增加,环境污染成为聚焦的首要问题,急需等待解决。为了实现工业废水的达标排放,工业生产中经常需要对排放的污水进行COD监测,但在检测过程中发现水中氯离子的含量对COD的检测结果影响较大。本文分别用传统的重铬酸钾法和加硫酸汞屏蔽氯离子法对不同COD和氯离子含量的水样进行了实验,实验结果表明,未加入硫酸汞进行屏蔽前,水样中COD理论值和氯离子理论值均较低时,测得的COD含量较准确,但随着氯离子含量的增大,测得的COD值偏差较大;加入硫酸汞进行屏蔽后,在一定的COD和氯离子含量范围内测得的COD值有了明显的改善,但是仍存在限制。该实验的研究,对后续不同浓度氯离子的水样COD的检测方法奠定了基础。
With the continuous development of The Times today,there are more and more chemical enterprises all over the world.With the increase of chemical enterprises,environmental pollution has become the primary focus and needs to be solved urgently.In order to achieve the standard discharge of industrial wastewater,industrial production often needs to conduct COD monitoring of the discharged wastewater,but in the detection process,it is found that the content of chloride ion in water has a great influence on the detection result of COD.In this paper,the traditional potassium dichromate method and mercury sulfate shielding chloride ion method were used to carry out experiments on water samples with different COD and chloride ion contents.The experiment result shows that,Before the addition of mercury sulfate for shielding,the COD content measured is more accurate when the theoretical values of COD and chloride ion in the water sample are both low,but with the increase of chloride ion content,the measured COD value deviation is large.After adding mercury sulfate for shielding,COD values measured in a certain range of COD and chloride ion content have been improved obviously,but there are still limitations.The experimental study laid a foundation for the subsequent detection methods of COD in water samples with different concentrations of chloride ions.
