摘要
寒邪为阴邪,易伤阳气,性凝滞,主收引。女子以血为本,其经、带、胎、产均劳血伤气,极易引起寒邪入里,发而为病,其病位在血室。寒入血室是妇科疾病发病的重要病机。临床治疗原则重在辨清标本缓急,以散寒为核心,温阳治疗固其本,兼顾化瘀、化浊、益气祛其标,同时巧用药对,平衡五脏,程志强教授运用寒入血室理论治疗妇科疾病,临床疗效显著。
Cold evil is yin evil,easy to damage yang qi,stagnation of nature,main draw.Women menstruation,leucorrhea,pregnancy,childbirth,they all lose blood and hurt qi.Cold evil is easy to enter into the body,then develop intoe diseases.The location of gynecological diseases is in the blood chamber.Cold entering blood chamber is an important pathogenesis of gynecological diseases.The principle of treatment is to distinguish the priorities,to disperse cold as the treatment core,to warm yang qi as the basic,At the same time we should pay attention to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,remove dampness and turbidity,promote the movement of qi and blood in the treatment of diseases.Meanwhile,using drugs should balance the five zang organs,The clinical effect is remarkable.
