摘要
试验旨在研究鲤鱼饵料中添加不同比例的大蒜素(Allitride,二烯丙基硫代亚磺酸酯或二烯丙基二硫醚C_(6)H_(10)S_(2)O)对其生长性能的影响。试验选取160尾整齐规格、重量相近、健康的鲤(Cyprinus carpio)随机分为4组,每组包含4个重复,每个重复10尾鲤。对照组鲤饲喂基础饵料,试验A组、B组、C组鲤鱼分别饲喂添加0.04%、0.08%、0.12%的大蒜素的基础饵料。预试验7d,正式试验持续56d。试验结束测定鲤的生长性能指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验B组和试验C组鲤的试验末重分别显著提高了7.64%、8.10%(P<0.05),增重率分别显著提高了12.39%、12.07%(P<0.05),特定生长率分别显著提高了10.12%、10.12%(P<0.05);不同比例的大蒜素对鲤的成活率未产生显著影响(P>0.05),各组鲤成活率均为100.00%。研究表明,在鲤饵料中添加一定含量的大蒜素可以显著改善鲤鱼的生长性能,且最适添加量为0.08%。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Allitride,diallyl thiosulfate or diallyl disulfide C_(6)H_(10)S_(2)O on growth performance of Cyprinus carpio fed with different proportions of Allitride.A total of 160 healthy Cyprinus carpio with similar size and weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 Cyprinus carpio per replicate.Control Cyprinus carpio were fed basal diet,and experimental groups A,B and C were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.04%,0.08%and 0.12%allicin,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 days,and the formal test lasted for 56 days.The growth performance indexes of Cyprinus carpio were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight of test groups B and C was significantly increased by 7.64%and 8.10%(P<0.05),weight gain rate was significantly increased by 12.39%and 12.07%(P<0.05),the specific growth rate was significantly increased by 10.12%and 10.12%(P<0.05);Different proportions of allicin had no significant effect on the survival rate of Cyprinus carpio(P>0.05),the survival rate of each group was 100.00%.The results showed that the growth performance of Cyprinus carpio could be significantly improved by adding allicin in the bait,and the optimal amount was 0.08%.
