摘要
目的:探讨以病例为中心的情景模拟教学模式在“临床微生物学检验技术”实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院实习的2020届和2021届检验技术专业实习生作为研究对象,其中采用传统教学模式的2020届实习生30人为对照组;采用以病例为中心的情景模拟教学模式的2021届实习生32人为观察组。教学内容和进度依据教学大纲要求由相同教师进行授课,10个月的实习结束后采用调查问卷形式观察2组学生的自主学习、分析问题、文献检索、参与临床等能力,对比2组实习生的教学效果。结果:与对照组比较,观察组学生的综合理论考试和实验操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组学生的学习主动性和参与临床的教学效果等指标有提升(P<0.01)。结论:以病例为中心的情景模拟教学模式,能有效发挥检验技术专业学生主动学习的主动性,培养学生参与临床及临床沟通的能力和意识,提高了教学效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of case-centered scenario simulation teaching model in the practice teaching of clinical microbiology laboratory technology.Methods:Interns of laboratory technology in our hospital in 2020 and 2021 were selected as the research objects.And 30 interns in 2020 received traditional teaching model were selected as the control group and 32 interns in 2021 received the case-centered scenario simulation teaching mode were selected as the observation group.The teaching content and progress were conducted by the same teacher according to the requirements of the syllabus.After 10 months of practice teaching,questionnaire was used to observe abilities of autonomous learning,problem analysis,literature retrieval,clinical participation and clinical communication consciousness in the two groups,and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of comprehensive theory examination and experimental operation examination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).And the learning initiative and clinical teaching effect of the observation group were improved(P<0.01).Conclusions:The case-based scenario simulation teaching model can improve the learning initiative of laboratory students,cultivate the ability and consciousness of students to participate in and communicate with clinical practice,and improve the teaching effect.
