摘要
目的探讨问候-介绍-过程-解释-致谢(AIDET)沟通模式联合助产士全程陪伴对水囊待产初产妇总产程的影响。方法选取襄城县人民医院2020年3月至2021年9月收治的98例水囊待产初产妇,根据入院顺序分为常规组(n=49)和研究组(n=49)。常规组接受常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上接受AIDET沟通模式联合助产士全程陪伴。比较两组各产程时间、焦虑抑郁情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、护理满意度。结果与常规组比较,研究组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间较短(P<0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)时SAS、SDS、VAS组间比较,研究组均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.92%,高于常规组(81.63%)(P<0.05)。结论AIDET沟通模式联合助产士全程陪伴可减轻水囊待产初产妇疼痛感,缓解负性情绪,缩短总产程,提升护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of the anknowledge-introduce-duration-explanation-thankyou(AIDET)communication model combined with the midwife’s presence throughout labor on the total stage of labor in primiparous mothers with water sac waiting for delivery.Methods A total of 98 cases of primiparous women with water sacs awaiting delivery in Xiangcheng County People’s Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into a conventional group(n=49)and a study group(n=49)according to the order of admission.The conventional group underwent conventional nursing interventions,and the study group was treated with the AIDET communication model combined with midwife accompaniment throughout the whole process on the basis of the conventional group.The stage of labor,anxiety and depression[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],visual analog sscore(VAS)and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor,and total duration of labor were shorter in the study group(P<0.05).SAS,SDS and VAS at T_(1) and T_(2) were lower in the study group than in the conventional group when compared between groups(P<0.05).Satisfaction with care was 95.92%in the study group,which was higher than 81.63%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication model combined with the midwife’s presence throughout the birth can reduce the pain of water sac waiting for delivery,relieve negative emotions,shorten the total length of labor,and improve the satisfaction of care.
