不同土壤改良措施对苏北盐碱地薄壳山核桃生长的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Soil Improvement Measures on the Growth of Carya illinoensis in Saline Soil in Northern Jiangsu Province

摘要 为了探讨生物炭、秸秆与菌剂配施对苏北盐碱地海防林树种薄壳山核桃生长的影响,以薄壳山核桃为试材,采用田间试验法,设置对照(CK)、生物炭(BC)、秸秆(ST)、菌剂(AM)和生物炭+菌剂(BC_AM)、秸秆+菌剂(ST_AM)6个处理。分别于2018年7月(一期)、2019年10月(二期)进行野外调查,通过对薄壳山核桃生长生理指标的测定,分析不同处理对薄壳山核桃生长生理的影响。结果表明:BC_AM、ST_AM处理与对照(CK)相比,显著提高植株苗高、地径生长率(P<0.05);二期ST_AM、BC_AM、ST和BC处理,叶片叶绿素质量分数比CK分别提高了153.40%、82.98%、68.93%和16.13%;二期ST_AM处理的叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性比CK增幅最大,分别上升了38.35%、295.33%、184.48%;5种改良措施均能显著降低叶片丙二醛(MDA)的质量分数,二期BC_AM处理与CK相比,丙二醛(MDA)质量分数降低了65.90%,降幅最大;各处理的叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质量分数均较一期有显著提升;二期各处理与CK相比,根系活力上升幅度为12.45%~64.26%,ST_AM处理增幅最大。二期ST_AM处理,叶片叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白质量分数,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性,根系活力显著大于ST、AM处理(P<0.05);BC_AM处理,叶片叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量变化显著大于BC、AM处理(P<0.05)。因此,不同土壤改良措施均能有效改善薄壳山核桃的生长状况,混合改良措施显著提高了薄壳山核桃叶片抗氧化及渗透系统调节能力,且生长状况良好,可作为苏北沿海地区较为适用的盐碱地改良措施。 In order to explore the effects of the combined application of biochar,straw and fungal agents on the growth of Carya illinoinensisin saline area of northern Jiangsu Province,the C.illinoinensis was used as the test material,field experiment was carried out,including six treatments control(CK),biological carbon(BC),straw(ST),arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AM),and biochar&arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(BC_AM),straw&arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(ST_AM).In July 2018(Phase I)and October 2019(Phase II),the field survey was conducted,and the effects of different treatments on the growth and physiology of C.illinoinensis were analyzed by the determination of growth and physiological indexes of C.illinoinensis.BC_AM and ST_AM treatments could significantly improve seedling height and ground diameter growth rate(P<0.05).In the second stage of soil improvement,the chlorophyll content of leaves treated with ST_AM,BC_AM,ST,and BC were significantly increased by 153.40%,82.98%,68.93%and 16.13%compared with the CK treatment,respectively.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT of leaves treated by ST_AM treatment in the second stage of improvement increased the most by 38.35%,295.33%and 184.48%compared with the CK treatment,respectively.All five improvement measures could significantly reduce the MDA content of leaves,compared with the CK,the MDA content of the second-stage BC_AM treatment decreased by 65.90%,with the largest decrease.The soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of the leaves of each treatment were significantly increased compared with the initial stage of the improvement;the root activity of each treatment in the second stage of the improvement increased by 12.45%-64.26%compared with the CK,and the ST_AM treatment increased the most.The changes in chlorophyll,MDA and soluble protein contents of leaves,the activities of SOD and POD,and the root activity of the second-stage ST_AM treatment were significantly greater than those of ST and AM treatments(P<0.05).The changes of chlorophyll,MDA and soluble protein contents in leaves of BC_AM treatment were significantly greater than those of BC and AM treatments(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of different improvement measures can effectively improve the growth of the C.illinoinensis,and the mixed improvement measures significantly improved the antioxidant and osmotic system regulation ability of C.illinoinensis leaves,and the growth condition was good,which can be used as a more suitable saline and alkali land improvement measure in the coastal areas of northern Jiangsuprovince.
