摘要
目的:对比光敏复合树脂与纳米复合树脂在前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法:采用随机抽样法选取2018年1月-2021年1月笔者医院行前牙美容修复的83例患者(患牙154颗)为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为对照组(41例,75颗患牙)和研究组(42例,79颗患牙)。对照组给予3M光敏复合树脂治疗,研究组给予Admira Fusion纳米复合树脂治疗。修复后6个月复诊并评价疗效及并发症,分别在修复前、修复后1个月、修复后6个月对患者自觉疼痛评分、龈沟出血指数进行评价。结果:研究组修复成功率为94.94%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后1个月、6个月,两组自觉疼痛评分、龈沟出血指数均低于修复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后1个月,研究组自觉疼痛评分、龈沟出血指数低于对照组,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前牙美容修复中应用纳米复合树脂可获得较光敏复合树脂更为理想的疗效,能减轻患者疼痛程度,改善牙齿健康,减少并发症发生。
Objective To compare the application effect of photosensitive composite resin and nanocomposite resin in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods Eighty-three patients (154 teeth) with cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected by random sampling.Randomly divided into control group (41 cases,75 teeth) and study group (42 cases,79 teeth).The control group was treated with 3M photosensitive composite resin,and the study group was treated with Admira fusion nanocomposite resin.The patients were followed up 6 months after repair,and the curative effect and complications were evaluated.The patients’ conscious pain score and gingival sulcus bleeding index were evaluated before repair,1 month after repair and 6 months after repair.Results The success rate of restoration in the study group was 94.94%,which was higher than 84.00% in the control group (P<0.05).At 1 and 6 months after repair,the conscious pain score and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the two groups were lower than those before repair (P<0.05).One month after repair,the conscious pain score and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nano composite resin in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth can obtain more ideal curative effect than photosensitive composite resin,reduce the degree of pain,improve tooth health and reduce complications.
