摘要
目的:研究参芪扶正注射液配合XELOX化疗方案治疗结直肠癌(CRC)的效果。方法:选取某院于2018年5月-2021年5月收治的82例CRC患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各41例,对照组采用XELOX化疗方案,治疗组采用参芪扶正注射液配合XELOX化疗,对比疗效、免疫功能、血清学指标、生活质量和不良反应。结果:总有效率比较,治疗组63.41%高于对照组39.02%(P<0.05);CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,治疗后3个月治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);CD8^(+)水平比较,治疗后3个月治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月治疗组IFN-γ、TNF-α水平高于对照组,CEA、CA125及CA724水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗后3个月SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组12.19%不良反应发生率低于对照组36.58%(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液配合XELOX化疗方案治疗CRC,可促进疗效提高,对免疫功能影响较小,有利于提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:A total of 82 CRC patients admitted to a hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(41 cases)and the treatment group(41 cases)according to the random number table method,and the two groups received XELOX chemotherapy regimen and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy,respectively.The efficacy,immune function,adverse reactions,serological indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group(63.41%)was higher than that in the control group(39.02%)(P<0.05).The CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The CD8^(+)level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CEA,CA125 and CA724 were lower than those in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 12.19%,lower than that in the control group(36.58%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with XELOX chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of CRC can promote the improvement of curative effect,has little effect on immune function,and is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
