摘要
[目的]总结孙洁运用“行气法”治疗淋证的临床经验。[方法]通过随师侍诊,记录和整理孙师治疗淋证的医案,归纳辨证用药规律,总结其运用“行气法”诊治淋证的经验,并附验案一则。[结果]孙师非常重视“行气法”在各种淋证治疗中的运用。他认为,尿液的形成和排泄都与气机通畅密切相关,无论是热淋之湿、气淋之滞、血淋之瘀、石淋之积、膏淋之浊、劳淋之涩,皆有气行不畅之机夹杂其中。因此,孙师治疗诸淋,常在辨证基础上施用行气之法。病案所举之气淋,病本起于脾虚,病标实为湿热阻滞、气机不畅。治疗除健脾益气、清热化湿之外,更佐宣上、畅中、通下之品,三焦气机通畅,小便得利。[结论]孙师运用“行气法”辨治淋证,疗效显著,丰富了中医药治疗淋证的辨证论治体系,值得推广应用。
[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience of Professor SUN Jie in the treatment of stranguria by“Qi-circulating method”.[Methods]Through learning from the teacher,recording and sorting out the medical cases of stranguria treated by Professor SUN,the experience of syndrome differentiation and medication rules in the treatment of stranguria was summarized,and one medical record was attached.[Results]Professor SUN attaches great importance to the application of“Qi-circulating method”in the treatment of various stranguria.He regards that the formation and evacuation of urine has connection with Qi circulation,and stagnation of Qi circulation can cause pyretic stranguria,Qi stranguria,blood stranguria,stony stranguria,over-strained stranguria and unctuous stranguria.Therefore,“Qi-circulating method”can be used in the treatment of various types of stranguria on the basis of syndrome differentiation.The stranguria mentioned in the medical record was originally caused by spleen deficiency,and the symptoms were damp-heat blockage and Qi obstruction.In addition to invigorating the spleen and tonifying Qi,clearing away heat and removing dampness,the treatment was also supplemented with the products of dredging the tri-Jiao,while the tri-Jiao Qi circulation was unobstructed,the urination was beneficial.[Conclusion]Professor SUN has rich experience in distinguishing and treating stranguria through“Qi-circulating method”and the effect is remarkable,and his experience enriches the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment system in the treatment of stranguria,which is worthy of popularization and application.
