一种可翻越障碍的屏柜就位车

摘要 针对变电站主控室内屏柜,由于吊车无法进入主控室施工,且屏柜笨重、无处着力等原因,搬运及就位工作存在诸多困难的问题,制作了一种可翻越障碍的屏柜就位车,设计了可实现运载、越障和就位等功能的机械结构,可通过无线控制开关,实现载重自助越障、辅助屏柜就位等基本功能,同时提出了一种基于运动状态的变参数PI算法,使得提升过程平衡稳定。该装置应用全新的工作思路,解决了室内二次搬运就位问题,降低了现场作业强度,提高了人员工作效率,可以广泛应用到全国电力系统,具有实用价值和推广意义。 Because the crane cannot enter the construction site,and the cabinet is cumbersome and has nowhere to focus,there are many difficulties in the handling and placement of the cabinet in the main control room of the substation.To solve these problem,a cabinet positioning vehicle that can cross obstacle is designed.A mechanical structure is designed that can realize functions such as carrying,obstacle crossing and positioning.The wireless control switch can realize basic functions such as load self-service obstacle crossing and auxiliary screen cabinet positioning.At the same time,a variable-parameter PI algorithm based on the motion state is proposed to make the lifting process balanced and stable.The device applies a new working idea,solves the problem of indoor secondary transportation,reduces the intensity of on-site operations,and improves the work efficiency of personnel.It can be widely applied to the national power system and has practical value and promotion significance.
