摘要
核心专利代表着产业领域内最关键的技术,文章提出一种产业领域细分视角核心专利识别方法,以期发现产业核心技术,维持并提高产业竞争优势。首先基于K-Means聚类算法细分产业领域专利,然后根据专利的技术、经济和法律特征构建核心专利识别指标体系,提出基于熵权TOPSIS法的核心专利识别方法,最后针对太赫兹领域进行实证分析。实证结果发现,核心专利的专利权人大多属于太赫兹产业领域的龙头企业,核心专利涉及的主要细分领域基本涵盖了太赫兹领域目前的热点技术,这验证了文章所提出的核心专利识别模型的有效性。
The core patent represents the most critical technology in the industrial field.This paper proposes a method for identifying core patents from the perspective of industrial subdivision,in order to discover the core technology of the industry and maintain and improve the competitive advantage of the industry.This paper first subdivides the industrial domain patents based on K-Means clustering algorithm,then constructs the core patent identification index system according to the technical,economic and legal characteristics of patents,and proposes the core patent identification method based on entropy weight TOPSIS method.Finally,it makes an empirical analysis on the terahertz domain.The empirical results show that most of the patentees of the core patents belong to the leading enterprises in the terahertz industry field,and the main sub fields involved in the core patents basically cover the current hot technologies in the terahertz field,which verifies the effectiveness of the core patent identification model proposed in this paper.
