摘要
为推动我国高质量现代化经济体系建设,发挥城市在生态文明建设中的主导作用,从经济效益、社会建设和生态环境三个方面构建城市生态经济综合评价体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重并对江苏省13个地级市的城市生态经济发展水平进行综合评价。在此基础上,采用层次聚类分析将13个地级市划分为三种发展类型:率先发展区域、平稳发展区域和一般发展区域。最后,针对不同发展类型的城市,提出相应的政策建议。
In order to promote the construction of China’s high-quality modern economic system and give full play to the leading role of cities in the construction of ecological civilization,a comprehensive evaluation system of urban ecological economy is constructed from the three aspects of economic benefits,social construction and ecological environment.The weight of indicators is determined by entropy method,and the urban ecological and economic development level of 13 cities in Jiangsu province is comprehensively evaluated.On this basis,13 cities in Jiangsu Province are divided into three development types by hierarchical cluster analysis:the first development area,the stable development area and the general development area.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for different types of cities.
