摘要
细胞焦亡是一种与炎症反应密切相关的新型细胞死亡方式,它由炎症小体、半胱氨酸蛋白酶及gasdermin蛋白家族成员介导发生,使细胞膜形成孔隙并释放炎性介质而诱发炎症反应。研究表明细胞焦亡广泛存在于缺血性脑卒中的病程中,它与脑缺血后的神经炎症发生及脑组织损伤有密切的关系,也有许多药理研究表明靶向细胞焦亡过程中的关键分子能够显著缓解神经炎症,改善缺血性卒中的预后。该文旨在为进一步研究靶向细胞焦亡治疗缺血性卒中的药物提供参考。
Pyroptosis is a new type of cell death closely related to the inflammatory response,mediated by the inflammasome,caspases,and gasdermin family members.Pyroptosis can induce the forming of nonselective pores on the cell membrane and the releasing of inflammatory mediators,which trigger the inflammatory response.In recent years,studies indicate that pyroptosis is widely found in ischemic stroke,which is highly related to the occurrence of neuroinflammation and cerebral injury after ischemia.Moreover,a lot of pharmacological studies have shown that targeting key molecules of pyroptosis can significantly alleviate the neuroinflammation and improve the prognosis of ischemic stroke.The purpose of this review aims to provide a reference for further researches on medicines targeted at pyroptosis to cure the ischemic stroke.
