摘要
目的研究分析三维重建技术在肺肿瘤临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月重庆医科大学附属第二医院胸外科的25名实习生作为观察组,在临床教学中应用三维重建技术;另选择同期本科室的25名实习生作为参照组,采取常规方式实施教学,对比分析两组实习生考核成绩、教学效果、教学评价以及学习积极性。结果观察组实习生体格检查、理论知识、病历书写、诊疗方案制定以及病史采集评分均比参照组高,实习生学习积极性也明显比参照组高,医患沟通能力、临床思维能力、表达能力、知识理解与记忆以及自主学习能力评分均比参照组高,教学模式评价也明显比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺肿瘤临床教学中应用三维重建技术,可增强实习生积极性,提高考核成绩以及教学效果。
Objective To study and analyze the application value of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the clinical teaching of lung tumor.Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,25 interns from the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as the observation group,and three-dimensional reconstruction technology was applied in clinical teaching.In addition,25 interns from the same department at the same time were selected as the reference group,and the teaching was carried out in a conventional way.The two groups of interns were compared and analyzed in terms of assessment performance,teaching effect,teaching evaluation and learning enthusiasm.Results The scores of physical examination,theoretical knowledge,medical record writing,diagnosis and treatment plan formulation and medical history collection of the interns in the observation group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the interns'learning enthusiasm was also significantly higher than that in the reference group,the scores of doctor patient communication ability,clinical thinking ability,expression ability,knowledge comprehension and memory,and autonomous learning ability were all higher than those of the reference group,and the evaluation of teaching mode was also significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the clinical teaching of lung tumor can enhance the enthusiasm of the interns,improve the assessment performance and teaching effect.
