摘要
目的建立QuEChERS-气相色谱-质谱法同时检测水果中27种农药残留的方法。方法样品经乙腈提取,提取液QuEChERS方法净化,选择离子监测(SIM)模式下检测,基质匹配外标法定量。考察无缓冲盐体系和柠檬酸盐缓冲体系提取水果中27种农药的有效性,并对比3种QuEChERS分散试剂盒净化方法。结果存在缓冲盐体系的QuEChERS方法提取效果更好;通过比较净化效果和总离子流色谱图,发现QuEChERS分散试剂盒中石墨化炭黑(GCB)对含色素的水果净化效果更好。27种农药在线性范围内相关系数均≥0.998。方法检出限为1.5μg/kg~15.0μg/kg,定量限在4.5μg/kg~45μg/kg,加标回收率为67.10%~115.51%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~10.3%。结论本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于水果中27种农药残留的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 27 pesticide residues in fruits by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods,The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.Subsequently,the extract was purified by QuEChERS method,which finally detected in ion monitoring(SIM)mode with quantified by matrix matching extemnal standard method.The effectiveness of extracting 27 pesticides from fruits by non buffer salt system and citrate buffer system was investigated.The purification methods of three QuEChERS dispersion kits were compared.Results The extraction effect of QuEChERS method with bufer salt system was better.By comparing the purification effect and total ion flow chromato-gram,it was found that GCB in QuEChERS dispersion kit had better purification effect on fruits containing pigments.In the linear range,the correlation coefficients of 27 pesticides were no less than 0998.The detection limit was between 1.5μg/kg and 15.0μg/kg,and the limit of quantitation was between 4.5μg/kg and 45μg/kg.The recovery was within 67.10%-115.51%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was from 1.1%to 10.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of 27 pesticide residues in fruits.
