摘要
研究生课程体系直接影响研究生教育质量。以知识和能力为核心构建本科、硕士和博士阶段相互衔接的课程体系,有利于发挥知识和学习经验的累积效应,为高层次创新人才的培养提供支撑。英国布里斯托大学教育研究学科开设涵盖不同层次及类型的研究生学位项目。通过基于办学使命构建具有层次性的课程体系,以知识和能力为核心开展课程教学,以及保持本科、硕士和博士课程之间的开放与关联,既使研究生课程体系与培养目标和学位要求保持一致,也使不同研究生课程体系之间建立联系。总结布里斯托大学教育研究学科研究生课程体系衔接的经验可以发现,保持不同课程体系之间培养目标的整体性是衔接的前提,坚持本科课程的基础性、开放性与跨学科设计是衔接的基础,课程设置、教学方式与课程评价是衔接的主要载体。这些措施与经验无疑能为中国研究生课程体系的衔接性设计提供一些启示。
Providing a continuous educational trajectory in the context of a multi-level education system is very important for the training of high-level innovative professionals.The University of Bristol,U.K.offers diversified education degree programs(and pathways)at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.In order to promote curriculum continuity,the university has aligned the curricula of Bachelor’s,Master’s as well as Doctoral programs for education majors all to its stated mission and vision,while strengthening the integration of different programs at the same time via,for instance,repetition and expansion of key concepts over time at a gradually higher level of complexity.In addition,the university also has upgraded its curricula,assessments and teaching methods,so as to help students accumulate knowledge,develop competences,and make a smooth transition from one stage of training to another.The experiences of the University of Bristol could have important implications for curriculum design in postgraduate education in China today.
