梵净山及周边地区枸杞种质资源调查与保护策略 被引量:1

摘要 为研究梵净山及周边地区的枸杞种质资源分布状况并建立枸杞种质资源库,为本地特色中药资源开发利用打下坚实的基础。采用实地调查方法开展枸杞种质资源调查。采集枸杞枝条或者植株等枸杞种质材料,通过扦插或直接栽培的方法迁地保护枸杞种质资源。结果显示,梵净山及其周边地区的枸杞种质资源呈点状分布,共计23个分布点,其中3个点为历史分布点;各分布点种群小,沿水系分布,尤其是锦江流域越接近下游分布点越密集;以梵净山为中心分布区总面积约为5.38 104 hm2;分布区的年均温16.9℃左右,年均日照时数1 171 h,无霜期280 d,年均降水量1 189 mm,年均相对湿度78%,海拔范围为253~781 m。分布点多位于溪流岸边的河谷地带,光照差,以沙土为主,pH一般小于7,呈现弱酸性;建立枸杞种质资源苗圃1个。梵净山及周边地区枸杞种质资源在铜仁地区中低海拔区域沿溪流河道呈点状分布,枸杞种群小,喜湿、喜阴、耐涝,不耐严寒,喜弱酸性土壤,并提出了种质资源保护策略。 To study the distribution of wolfberry germplasm resources in Fanjing Mountain and surrounding areas and establish a germplasm resource bank, in order to provide data for efficient use of local Traditional Chinese Medicine resources. Such methods were adopted as literature, questionnaire, review field investigations on-the-sopt sampling and statistical analysis, collecting the wolfberry germplasm materials such as the branches or plants of wolfberry, establishing the wolfberry germplasm resource bank. The investigation found that the germplasm resources of wolfberry resource in Fanjing Mountain and its surrounding areas were distributed in a point-like manner, with a total of 23 distribution points, 3 of which were historical distribution points;the populations of each distribution sites were small and distributed along the water system, especially the Jinjiang River Basin. The distribution points are more and more denser closer to the downstream;the total area of the distribution area with Fanjing Mountain as the center is about 5.38 104 hm2;the annual average temperature of the distribution area is about 16.9 ℃, the average annual sunshine hours are 1 171 h, the frostless period is 280 d, and the average annual precipitation is 1 189mm. The average annual relative humidity is 78%, and the altitude range is 253~781 m. Most of the distribution points are located in the valleys on the banks of the streams, with poor sunlight and dominated by sandy soil. The pH of soils is generally less than 7, showing a weak acidity;a nursery for the wolfberry germplasm resource bank has been built. It is concluded that the germplasm resources of wolfberry distributed in Fanjing Mountain and surrounding areas are dotted along streams and rivers in the middle and low altitude. The local wolfberry population is small, and it likes humidity, shades, waterlogging, weak acid soil and is intolerant to severe cold. Suggestions on the protection of germplasm resources were put forward.
