摘要
利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数理论分析框架来研究寿险普及度和农村居民社会保障水平之间的内在关联,深入探讨寿险深度失衡和密度失衡对农村居民社会保障水平的影响路径和作用机制。理论研究表明:寿险普及度失衡会对农村居民社会保障水平产生抑制效应,阻碍乡村文化振兴的发展;实证研究表明:寿险的深度和密度影响农村居民社会保障水平的提升,这二者能够平衡区域间的寿险发展,帮助政府改善寿险在各区域发展不均衡的状况。因此我国要加强寿险普及创新力度、实施区域间寿险业均衡发展战略,利用政策扶持等手段促进寿险业发展,进而提升我国农村居民社会保障水平和个人风险保障意识,促进城乡基本公共服务均衡发展,完善乡村文化振兴的顶层设计。
This paper aims to study the intrinsic correlation between life insurance penetration and social security level of rural residents by using the analytical framework of Cobb-Douglas production function theory,and to explore the influence paths and function mechanisms of the imbalanced life insurance depth and density on social security level of rural residents in depth.Theoretical research shows that the imbalanced life insurance penetration will have a suppressive effect on the social security level of rural residents and hinder the development of rural cultural revitalization;empirical research shows that the depth and density of life insurance are important mechanisms affecting the improvement of social security level of rural residents,and these two can balance the development of life insurance between regions and help the government improve the uneven development of life insurance in each region.Therefore,China should strengthen the popularization and innovation of life insurance,implement the strategy of balanced development of life insurance industry among regions,promote the development of life insurance industry by using policies and other support means,and then improve the social security level and raise the awareness of rural residents for personal insurance in China,promote the balanced development of basic public services in urban and rural areas,and improve the top-level design of rural cultural revitalization.
