摘要
目的探讨甲磺酸倍他司汀联合超短波治疗耳鸣的临床疗效,以及对患者的血液流变学指标和血清指标水平的影响。方法选取医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的耳鸣患者120例,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各60例。两组患者均予超短波治疗,观察组加用甲磺酸倍他司汀,均治疗2周。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的耳鸣评分(包括发生环境、对睡眠的影响、持续时间、对生活和工作的影响、对情绪的影响、主观感觉)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1水平显著低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的听阈显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者治疗期间药品不良反应发生率相当(1.67%比5.00%,P>0.05)。结论甲磺酸倍他司汀联合超短波治疗耳鸣疗效较好,可降低患者耳鸣的严重程度,改善耳部血液循环和听力水平,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of betahistine mesilate combined with ultra-short wave in the treatment of tinnitus,and its effect on the levels of hemorheological indexes and serum indexes.Methods A total of 120 patients with tinnitus admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with ultra-short wave,on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with betahistine mesilate.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tinnitus scores including the scores of occurrence environment,effect on the sleep,duration,effects on the life and work,effect on the mood and subjective feeling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the threshold of audibility in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(1.67%vs.5.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Betahistine mesilate combined with ultra-short wave is effective and safe in the treatment of tinnitus,which can reduce the severity of tinnitus,improve the blood circulation and hearing level of ears of patients.
