基于PLC的汽车排气管焊接机的设计

摘要 基于PLC对汽车排气管焊接机进行了设计,包括机械系统和控制系统。通过对汽车排气管所需焊接轨迹进行分析,给出了汽车排气管焊接机的功能要求,在此基础上设计了焊接机的机械系统;依照焊接机整机系统的功能要求和运动特点设计了控制系统。采用步进电机驱动同步带传动装置从而实现焊枪的回转运动以适应环形焊缝的焊接;采用步进电机驱动齿轮齿条副实现工件的水平移动以适应直线焊缝的焊接,焊接时焊枪相对工件的靠近和远离由气缸驱动,工件的夹紧由气缸实现;控制系统采用小型PLC作为控制器,性价比高,完全能够满足系统的控制要求。 The automobile exhaust pipe welding machine is designed based on PLC,including mechanical system and control system.Through the analysis of the welding trajectory required for the automobile exhaust pipe,the functional requirements of the automobile exhaust pipe welding machine are given,and the mechanical system of the welding machine is designed on this basis.The control system is designed according to the functional requirements and motion characteristics of the whole welding machine system.The stepper motor is used to drive the synchronous belt transmission device to realize the rotary motion of the welding torch to adapt to the welding of the annular weld.The stepper motor is used to drive the rack and pinion pair to realize the horizontal movement of the workpiece to adapt to the welding of straight welds.The approach and distance of the welding torch relative to the workpiece are driven by the air cylinder,and the clamping of the workpiece is realized by the air cylinder.The control system uses a small PLC as the controller,which is cost-effective and can fully meet the control requirements of the system.
