摘要
为实现“机械化换人、自动化减人、智能化作业”的发展目标,亿欣煤业进行了液压支架智能化改造。介绍了电液控制液压支架智能化系统的基本配置,包括倾角传感器、压力传感器、位移传感器、支架警示灯和控制器等。分析了液压支架智能化系统的功能,主要包括跟机自动化、姿态自主感知和远程控制等,对其他煤矿的液压支架智能化改造具有一定参考价值。
In order to achieve the development goal of"mechanized replacement,automatic personnel reduction and intelligent operation",Yixin coal industry has carried out intelligent transformation of hydraulic support.This paper introduces the basic configuration of the intelligent system of electro-hydraulic control hydraulic support,including inclination sensor,pressure sensor,displacement sensor,support warning light,controller and so on.This paper analyzes the functions of the intelligent system of hydraulic support,mainly including machine following automation,attitude autonomous sensing and remote control,which has a certain reference value for the intelligent transformation of hydraulic support in other coal mines.
