摘要
女贞为木犀科女贞属的木本植物,其果实被称为女贞子,具有滋补肝肾、明目乌发等功效。现代研究表明女贞子具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性。女贞子多糖是女贞子的重要活性成分,广泛应用于医药及畜禽养殖业等领域。目前尚未发现女贞子多糖的相关综述报道。根据国内外文献,对女贞子多糖的研究进行归纳、分析加以综述,较为全面地介绍近年来对女贞子多糖的提取纯化、结构分析、药理作用等方面的研究进展,以期为女贞子的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Ligustrum lucidum Ait.is a woody plant of the genus Ligustrumin the family Oleaceae,and its fruit is known as Ligustrum Lucidum Fructus(LLF),which has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidney,brightening the eyes and darkening the hair.Modern science research has shown that LLF has various pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,immunomodulatory,anti-aging and anti-tumor,which is widely applied in medicine,livestock and poultry industries.Ligustrum lucidum polysaccharide(LLP)is one of the main active ingredients,which is widely used in medicine and animal husbandry.No review paper has been found regarding Ligustrum lucidumpolysaccharide.Based on the domestic and foreign studies,the purpose of this manuscript is aimed at systematacially reviewing the development on the isolation methods,structural features,and bioactivities of polysaccharide,thus supporting their further research and application.
