共轭亚油酸对梅花鹿瘤胃发酵参数及鹿茸生产性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平共轭亚油酸(CLA)对梅花鹿瘤胃发酵参数及鹿茸生产性能的影响,为CLA在梅花鹿生产中的应用提供依据。选取16头平均体重为(40.25±2.38)kg的1岁雄性梅花鹿,随机分为4组,每组4头鹿。对照组(G0组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.25%(G1组)、0.50%(G2组)和1.00%(G3组)的CLA。试验期80 d。结果表明:1)G2组和G3组瘤胃pH显著低于对照组(P<0.05),G2组和G3组瘤胃氨态氮含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),G1组、G2组和G3组瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、异丁酸含量以及乙酸/丙酸显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)G2组鹿茸主干长度、鲜重和鲜鹿茸平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加CLA可以改变梅花鹿瘤胃发酵模式,提高瘤胃供能效率,促进鹿茸生长。本试验条件下,梅花鹿饲粮CLA适宜添加水平为0.50%。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on rumen fermentation parameters and antler performance of sika deer,so as to provide basis for the application of CLA in sika deer production.Sixteen 1-year-old male sika deer with similar average body weight of(40.25±2.38)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 deer in each group.Deer in the control group(G0 group)were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.25%(G1 group),0.50%(G2 group)and 1.00%(G3 group)CLA,respectively.The experiment lasted for 80 days.The results showed as follows:1)the rumen pH of G2 group and G3 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the rumen ammonia nitrogen content of G2 group and G3 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the contents of total volatile fatty acids,acetic acid,isobutyric acid and acetic acid/propionic acid in rumen of G1 group,G2 group and G3 group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2)The antler trunk length,fresh weight and fresh antler average daily gain of G2 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary CLA can change the rumen fermentation mode of sika deer,improve the rumen energy supply efficiency and promote the antler growth.Under this experimental condition,the appropriate supplemental level of CLA in sika deer diet is 0.50%.
