摘要
党建工作是中国特色社会主义非公企业工作的组成部分。非公企业开展党建工作有利于创新组织架构、拓宽管理抓手、丰富文化内核。但是,目前非公企业党建工作还存在工作责任意识不强、权责不明、工作保障不足、工作运行机制不畅等问题。因此,可以通过凝聚思想共识,筑牢党建之基;激发内生动力,促进党建工作提质升级;发挥党建指导员的杠杆作用,汇聚党建强大外力优化新时代非公企业党建工作。
Party building is an integral part of socialist non-public enterprise work with Chinese characteristics.Party building work in non-public enterprises is conducive to innovative organizational structure,broadening management grip and enriching cultural core.However,at present,there are still problems such as weak awareness of work responsibility,unclear authority and responsibility,insufficient work guarantee and poor work operation mechanism in non-public enterprises’party building work.Therefore,we can optimize the party building work of non-public enterprises in the new era by gathering ideological consensus and building the foundation of party building;stimulating the endogenous power and promoting the quality and upgrading of party building work;playing the leverage role of party building instructors and gathering the powerful external force of party building.
