摘要
从纤维素纤维增强聚乳酸(PLA)和甲壳素纤维增强PLA两方面,综述近几年国内外生物质纤维增强PLA复合材料的研究进展。对纤维增强PLA在改性和复合过程中遇到的难题进行分析和总结。结果表明:纤维填料的尺寸,复合时纤维在PLA的分散性和原材料改性技术是影响复合材料性能的关键因素,制备综合性能优异的纤维增强PLA复合材料,是未来研究的主要方向。
From the aspects of cellulose fiber reinforced polylactic acid(PLA) and chitin fiber reinforced PLA, the research progress of biomass fiber reinforced PLA composites at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. The difficulties encountered in the modification and compounding process of fiber-reinforced PLA are analyzed and summarized. The results show that the size of fiber filler, dispersion of fiber in PLA and modification technology of raw materials are the key factors affecting the properties of composites. Preparation of fiber reinforced PLA composites with excellent comprehensive properties is the main direction of future research.
