IC厌氧反应器处理造纸废水效率的时间分布特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究收集了2013—2021年广州某造纸厂废水COD_(Cr)、温度、pH值和碳酸氢盐碱度(Alk)等常用指标数据,探究不同环境温度、进水pH值和出水Alk下的IC厌氧反应器处理效率。结果表明,进水pH值对不同年份下的IC厌氧反应器处理效率有影响,在弱碱性条件下处理效率与废水pH值成反比,且在7.0~7.3之间处理效率会更高。影响pH值的一个主要因素为Alk,一定范围内的Alk越高,pH值也越高。IC厌氧反应器处理效率与气温有显著关系,春秋季节(20~27℃)的处理效率更好。通过平衡造纸废水处理过程中气温与水温的关系,维持pH值和Alk在正常范围内,可使IC厌氧反应器的处理效率更优。 The common indicator data such as COD_(Cr),temperature,p H value and alkalinity(Alk)of wastewater from a papermaking factory in Guangzhou from 2013 to 2021 were collected in this study,to explore the treatment efficiency of IC anaerobic reactor at different temperature,p H value and Alk. The results showed that the p H value had an effect on the treatment efficiency of IC anaerobic reactor in different years. The treatment efficiency was inversely proportional to p H value of wastewater under weak alkaline conditions,and the treatment efficiency was higher with p H value of 7. 0 to 7. 3. One of the main factors affecting p H value was Alk,and within a certain range,the p H value increased with the increasing Alk. The IC anaerobic reactor treatment efficiency had a significant relationship with temperature with a better treatment efficiency obtained at spring and autumn(20~27℃). By coordinating the relationship between temperature and water temperature during papermaking wastewater treatment process,maintaining the p H value and Alk within normal range,the treatment efficiency of IC anaerobic reactors could be better.
