摘要
臀中肌综合征主要临床症状有臀中肌部位的酸痛或胀痛,触诊查体时可在臀中肌的局部发现激痛点或肌肉条索,引发疼痛症状。目前针对该病的治疗方法较多。本文综合了近年国内外对臀中肌综合征的病因、诊断、治疗方法的研究情况,旨在为进一步明确臀中肌综合征的诊疗思路提供理论依据。
The main clinical symptoms of gluteus medius syndrome are pain or swelling in the gluteus medius.Pain spots or muscle cords can be found locally in the gluteus medius during palpation,causing pain symptoms.At present,there are many treatment methods for this disease.This paper summarizes the research on the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of gluteus medius syndrome at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further clarifying the diagnosis and treatment of gluteus medius syndrome.
