考虑分布式光伏与储能联合的区域电网电压稳定性控制方法 被引量:22

摘要 针对分布式光伏大量并网对区域电网造成的电压波动问题,文章提出了基于分布式光伏与储能协调的区域电网电压稳定控制方法。首先建立分布式光储系统电压稳定性模型,在此基础上研究分布式储能对区域电网节点电压的影响特性;然后建立了光伏与储能系统之间的协调关系模型,在可再生能源不同出力条件下进行储能装置的协调优化;通过建立区域电网内系统电压波动的最小目标函数,以区域电网的线路潮流和电池储能的充放能功率为约束条件,采用粒子群算法快速计算得到分布式储能的荷电状态,根据荷电状态进行充放能判断。以某区域电网实际运行数据为例进行了仿真验证,结果显示文章所提出的基于分布式光伏与储能协调的控制方式,可有效提升区域电网的电压稳定性。 With the large number of grid-connected distributed photovoltaics causing voltage fluctuations to the regional grid,this paper proposes a regional grid voltage stability control method based on the coordination of distributed photovoltaics and energy storage.First,a voltage stability model of distributed optical storage system is established,and on this basis,the influence of distributed energy storage on the node voltage of the regional power grid is studied.Secondly,based on the Markov chain of the energy state of the photovoltaic energy storage system,a model of the energy transfer process between the photovoltaic module and the energy storage system is established;then by studying the coordinated operation state of the distributed energy storage device,the system voltage fluctuation is minimized as the optimization goal.Under the constraints of the system power flow and the charge and discharge performance of distributed energy storage,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the charge and discharge status of each distributed energy storage system to maintain the voltage stability of each node.Finally,a regional power grid is used as an example to simulate and verify that the proposed distributed energy storage coordinated operation method can effectively improve the voltage stable operation level of the regional power grid.
